Mailing-list requests
We store your email address, consent wording version and signup time to keep a record of your request for occasional FARMADL updates. Signup does not verify ownership of the email address. This website does not currently send newsletters.
Enquiries
We store your name, email address, message and submission time so authorised reviewers can handle your enquiry. We also record review status and a brief handling history. Submitting a message stores it in our inbox; it does not send an email reply. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
Leaving the list and privacy requests
Use the enquiry form to ask to leave the list, correct your details or request removal. Include the email address concerned. A reviewer handles these requests manually and may need to confirm ownership before disclosing or changing personal information. Opt-outs are recorded without erasing the original consent history and are not reversed by another signup.
Access, retention and website operation
Access to submissions is restricted to approved reviewers. We use enquiry details to handle your request and mailing-list details for the updates you requested. Hosting infrastructure processes these records to operate the site. We retain records while needed for those purposes and keep the minimum opt-out history needed to respect your preferences; removal requests are reviewed individually.
The site uses necessary session and security cookies for forms and sign-in, and technical logs for reliability and abuse prevention. The Coming Soon page uses locally hosted fonts and media and does not include advertising or analytics trackers.
